Each person is permitted only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, IP address, device or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts may be closed and any accumulated bonuses forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be complete, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

3.4 Payment Account Ownership

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (wagering requirement). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are for fair and honest use only. If any attempt is made to circumvent bonus conditions through multiple accounts, collusion with others, or any strategic method, bd999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer on bd999 — including weekly deposit bonuses, special Friday offers and extra rewards for slot players — has its own specific terms. It is mandatory to read the specific terms of each offer before claiming it. In the event of a conflict between general terms and an offer's specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically cancelled.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The bd999 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback rates differ by tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold.

5.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is applied at the applicable rate to the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

5.3 Tier Changes

Members move up to higher VIP tiers based on regular and active play. bd999 determines the criteria for tier changes and its decision in this regard is final. If VIP benefits are found to have been abused, a member's tier may be reduced or revoked.

6.1 Fair Play

All games and betting activities on bd999 are conducted on the basis of honesty and transparency. Using any software, bots, automation tools or artificial methods to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated systems.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or syndicates.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Abusive conduct towards bd999 staff or other members.

6.3 Right to Cancel Transactions

If evidence of a technical error or human mistake is found in the outcome of any game or bet, bd999 reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. Any affected amount will be recovered directly in such circumstances.

7.1 Closure at Member's Request
